A few weeks back, my husband and I did a burger theme for the week’s menu – we did a different burger every night Mon-Fri and all went great except for the Weds burger, to which I had an allergic reaction. But no hard feelings here for you, burgers, I still love you!
On Tuesday of that week, I made these tasty little garlic and ginger burgers crusted with sesame seeds, and made a killer dressing for the lettuce to top it. The dressing had soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chopped peanuts. It was KILLER – I could eat that dressing on salad any day of the week.
