Shrimp tacos! We definitely should have used bigger tortillas for these, because there were so many toppings that things were falling out all over the place. We had: sauteed shrimp, homemade smashed pinto beans, sauteed onions and peppers, avocado, homemade salsa, and cilantro. A little crazy to fit in a tiny tortilla, but so yummy…
