2011 Recap: April

We jump to April and to Shrimp Summer Rolls. I love making these as an appetizer for my husband and I, and they’re easy to do.

Now to another Asian dish that didn’t get posted – homemade California rolls. I made these for my husband and I when we were on an Asian food kick – I used “crave stick” (aka faux crab), avocado, cucumber, and rolled them inside-out with sweet and savory sushi rice and nori sheets.
