This tasty slow-cooked stew was made with chicken thighs, veggies, white wine, and herbs, and left to bubble away while I was at work. I topped it with a bit of bacon for color and a salty bite. Added a green salad to round it out, and enjoyed a nice glass of the same white wine.
For dessert, I knew I was running out of flour, so I threw together this recipe from my own TasteBook called “Oh, for the love of chocolate!” – the original recipe can be found here. It’s a nearly flourless chocolate cake, and deliciously sinful. I only wish I had had a spoonful of unsweetened whipped cream to cut the chocolate a bit.
