roni sauce

Just a quick post on my lunch break – I made this yummy bowl a few weeks ago during one of those “What on EARTH do we have to eat?” moments. I quartered a few slices of roni and crisped it up in the pan, then tossed in the last of the vodka sauce, and some almost-done tomato angel hair. It was inspired by a pasta with salami sauce I saw Nigella Lawson make once.
