Azerbaijani Chicken with Prunes and Walnuts

This delicious sweet and savory chicken dish comes from Mamushka. I made it in a dutch oven, which added to the deep caramelized flavor of the onions and chicken. I served it with Potato Cakes with Goat Cheese, and roasted some Jerusalem artichokes and Brussells sprouts to go with it.
