Chicken Soup with Dumplings

For Christmas last month, my husband gave me a wonderful new cookbook, Mamushka. It’s filled with savory and sweet recipes from Ukraine and Eastern Europe. One of my favorite things to do is to make all of our dinners from one cookbook, so a few weeks ago, we ate lots of yummy dishes from Mamushka.

This lovely pot of chicken and dumplings is made with a simple, but delicious stock, savory chicken, crispy carrots, grassy dill and silky dumplings.
