Sorry, y’all – long time, no post. Here’s a pic of tonight’s dinner – Southern-style Buttermilk Oven-“Fried” Chicken (marinated in homemade buttermilk, cayenne pepper sauce, and a secret blend of herbs and spices — aka I can’t remember what I put in — , then dredged in seasoned flour and roasted at 400 for 70 minutes), buttered green beans and “fried” (really sauteed, then steamed) cabbage. Tonight’s dinner got my husband’s approval – he had three pieces of chicken. This will make excellent leftovers.
