2011 Recap: May

There were no posts for May, so here’s something new:

Braised chicken thighs and pasta with savory walnut sauce! I seared the seasoned chicken thighs, then pulled them out of the pan. Into the pan went chopped onions, garlic, and walnuts. The chicken went back in with a little broth to finish cooking. Right at the end, I added a splash of light cream, then tossed the pasta with the pan sauce.

  1. MMM that chicken sounds exactly like what I’m craving right now (besides a big bowl of salad to get rid of my holiday sugar high)! It’s so fun to see what you cooked up each month :)
