First off, the only post I did in February of 2011 – Stir-fried Chicken Paprikash. It’s an easy dish to make – it’s not really a one-pot because I like to serve it with rice (or couscous, like I did for this post), but still easy. I forgot how much I like this dish, and will have to make it again soon.
Now for something that didn’t make it onto the blog – slow-cooked lentils and potatoes with chorizo. It’s one of my favorite slow-cooked meals and I served this one over brown rice. The stewed lentils is a Spanish thing, so adding potatoes might offend if you are a purist (which I am when it comes to some things), but they add a nice texture to the mix.
