Grilled Shrimp & Linguiça Tapa


To make this tasty tapa, I crisped up some linguiça in our new hole-y grill pan, then tossed in some jumbo shrimp that I had seasoned with salt and pepper. The spicy paprika and garlic oil from the linguiça coated the sweet shrimp and added just enough yum-factor to make the whole thing delicious.
